Thornton Hundred Motorcycles Create DeWalt-Inspired Bobber
Thornton Hundred Motorcycles have done it again, pulling the covers off another stunning custom bobber build, this time for tool kit company, DeWalt.

A partnership between Thornton Hundred Motorcycles and tool kit specialists DeWalt has led to a stunning custom-made bobber-style bike that was originally a Triumph Bonneville T120.
No strangers to turning bikes into bobber-style machines, Thornton Hundred Motorcycles are known for the builds showcased on their YouTube channel, and this one was no different.
DeWalt created a challenge for the custom bike specialists - requesting a custom build when the deadline was just one week away.
You might think the Bonneville T120 was an odd bike to choose for a build like this. If DeWalt wanted a bobber, why not start with, say, a Triumph Bobber? But, the truth is the guys at Thornton Hundred Motorcycles are accustomed to making custom builds with Bonneville T120 bikes.
The bike built in this video for DeWalt features a 1,200cc liquid-cooled, eight-valve, 270-degree parallel-twin engine which produces a claimed 77.9bhp at 6,550rpm and up to 77.4lb-ft of torque at 3,500 RPM.
This bike's frame, engine, and transmission remained largely untouched on the custom DeWalt model, but a lot of other parts on the bike were stripped down and replaced to give it its rugged and fresh identity.
Some of the highlights include carbon wheels, custom wide yokes, bar-mounted pivoting lights and a custom seat.
Building a bike for a company like DeWalt came as no surprise as Thornton Hundred Motorcycles has also worked with the likes of Joe Wicks, who is a British fitness coach and TV personality.
