Royal Enfield 125th Anniversary Edition Hypershift Classic 650 launched
Royal Enfield is celebrating its 125th anniversary in style with the release of a new, limited-edition Hypershift-themed Classic 650.

Royal Enfield has launched a new limited-edition Classic 650, which gains modern styling, while also taking inspiration from the company’s early motorcycles of the 20th century.
To give the bike its full name, the Royal Enfield 125th Anniversary Edition Hypershift Classic 650 retains the original model’s signature teardrop fuel tank and nacelle headlamp.
According to Royal Enfield, the limited-edition model “has been created by a stunning, shade-shifting alchemy of heritage and modernity that blends 125 years of Pure Motorcycling into one singular machine”.
Founded in 1901, Royal Enfield has been celebrating its 125th birthday throughout 2026, and as a result, the special Classic 650 will be available in just 125 units ‘per key region globally’.

25 of those are destined for the UK and will be available at a price of £8,100. That’s £1,101 more than the standard model in a Black Chrome colourway.
The new 125th anniversary edition is also £1,401 more than the Classic 650 in a Bruntingthorpe Blue or Vallam Red option.

Registrations for the new bike open today, October 16, before closing on October 29. Deliveries will then begin globally in November.

The 125th Anniversary Edition Hypershift Classic 650 arrives at a busy time for the Indian-owned company, which recently launched the all-new Flying Flea C6.
Royal Enfield is also gearing up for the major reveal of its brand-new 750cc platform, which will feature the highly-anticipated Himalayan 750 and Continental GT 750.
