Moto2 Qatar - Qualifying Results

Marcel Schrotter claims the first Moto2 pole position of the Triumph era and his first in grand prix.

Moto2 used a two-part qualifying system for the first time, with the top 14 riders after FP3 going directly to Qualifying 2. The others took part in Qualifying 1, where only the top four advanced to Qualifying 2.
