Aprilia All Stars descend on Mugello

More than 10,000 Aprilia fans descended on Mugello this weekend for the inaugural edition of the 'Aprilia All Stars', where the Noale brand celebrated its past, present and future.

The factory Aprilia Gresini MotoGP squad played a key role in the weekend, with Andrea Iannone and test rider Bradley Smith taking the 2019 RS-GP machines on track and helping to unveil two special edition versions of the RSV4 Superbike.

A 217-horsepower RSV4 1100 Factory was joined by an even more extreme 'X' version, created for the tenth anniversary of the RSV4 project, which boasts 225-horsepower and a weight of 165kg.

The new bikes appeared on track with former Aprilia champions Max Biaggi, Loris Capirossi, Manuel Poggiali, Alex Gramigni and Roberto Locatelli - Biaggi also completing a parade lap on his 1995 world championship winning RS250.
