MOTORSPORT Vision, the owners of Brands Hatch circuit, have submitted plans to alter Graham Hill bend in 2012.
MSV want to change the track running up to the corner from Druids, making it totally straight and removing the kink. Graham Hill bend itself will also be altered to become a constant radius left.
The plans, if approved, won't affect the circuit for the 2012 season as construction would take place towards the end of the year.
The corner, which was called Bottom Bend until 1976, has been modified before to improve run-off and safety.
