LS2 reveals new Spectrum intercom system with 20 hours of talk time
LS2 has revealed its new Spectrum intercom system with nearly 20 hours of continuous talk time.

Together with Midland, a company which also produces intercom systems, Spanish helmet maker LS2 has revealed its new super-slim Spectrum edition which gets AI-powered noise cancellation and other impressive features.
The Spectrum intercom combines its advanced features with an ultra-slim design that sits flush to the helmet shell. The intercom can connect up to four riders at once, and it has a range of 1.2km (0.75 miles).
Featuring Bluetooth 5.1 and universal connectivity, the LS2 Spectrum can connect to systems from different brands and it has a huge 20 hours of running time. There’s also full compatibility with smartphones, GPS units and TFT displays.

Developed with Italian pro-audio specialists RCF, the device comprises 40mm high-definition speakers that deliver ultra-HD audio whether you are taking a call, streaming music, or following GPS navigation, according to the brand.
LS2 says the new Spectrum intercom is waterproof and “easy to operate with gloves on”. It is currently available to buy for £149.99 (inc VAT) and is compatible with most helmets in the LS2 range.
The LS2 Spectrum is one of two intercom systems in the company’s range, as it joins the 4X model which was co-developed with Cardo. Like the Spectrum, the 4X system also features a range of 0.75 miles and simultaneous connection for up to four riders. The LS2 4X Cardo intercom currently retails for £239.99.
