New KTM Dealer Opens in St Helier

The Mansell Collection, a dealership based on the Channel Island of Jersey, has become the newest authorised KTM dealer, and as such will sell new and used KTM motorcycles as well as technical and service support as part of the agreement.

The Mansell Collection, a renowned motorcycle dealer in St Helier, Jersey, has been running since 2012 before deciding to sell motorcycles in its showroom in 2020.

The St Helier dealer becomes the latest to join KTM’s ranks, just days after the Austrian manufacturer cleared another restructuring hurdle in its attempts to get back on its feet.

In recent months KTM paused production for the second time but a court hearing resulted in KTM’s restructuring plan being approved, with production of motorcycles set to recommence by the end of July.

While a great sign for KTM, so is the addition of the Mansell Collection as an authorised dealer, with Greg Mansell, CEO of the company saying: "Both The Mansell Collection and KTM have racing etched into their DNA. I'm very excited to see what we can achieve together moving forward, not only for the consumer market but within local motorsport, supporting current KTM racers and new."

Matt Walker, Managing Director at KTM UK, added: "Expanding our presence in the Channel Islands presents an exciting opportunity to engage with a wider community of riders and invite them into the KTM family. The promising future ahead is an exciting one and I look forward to a successful and lasting partnership with the Mansell team."

With production set to pick up this time next month, the brand’s latest new models could roll off the shelf around the same time, giving customers the chance to potentially grab hold of a new KTM with the tail-end of the summer still to enjoy.
