Kove reveals celebratory Kove 350RR Jerez
Kove’s success in world championship racing filters down to the road with the new 350RR Jerez bike

Kove Moto has revealed a new 350RR Jerez sportbike, which is dedicated to the brand’s historic 2025 World Supersport 300 success.
The Chinese manufacturer only started racing in the SSP300 class in 2023, but despite competing against more established competition such as Yamaha, Kawasaki and KTM, Kove won the 2025 title with Beñat Fernández.
The Spaniard achieved his success riding the company’s 321RR-S model, which also marked the first time a Chinese brand has won a world championship.
The new Kove 350RR Jerez is dedicated to that success, and features a brand-new 344cc liquid-cooled twin-cylinder engine that weights 2.7kg less than before. Trimming down the bike’s engine means the bike benefits from a new curb weight of 164kg.

Its twin-cylinder engine produces 46.9bhp at 11,500rpm and 23.6 Ib-ft of torque at 9,000rpm. Kove also claims the bike has a top speed of 180km/h, which converts to around 112mph.
The bike features a total of two riding modes which are Sport and Eco, with the latter being more fuel efficient. It gets a fuel tank capacity of 15 litres and uses 17-inch wheels both front and back.
Suspension is handled by a 37mm upside-down fork that’s non-adjustable, while a preload-adjustable monoshock is positioned at the rear.
Braking comprises a 320mm, single fixed disc, that’s paired with a two-piston floating caliper. A 220mm, single fixed disc, is gripped by a single-piston floating caliper at the rear.
The new Kove 3350RR Jerez gets LED lighting all around, a TFT display, and a seat height of 790mm.
