Suzuki gives V-Strom range three-piece luggage sets for an extra £1000

SUZUKI has introduced ‘GT’ versions of the V-Strom 650 and V-Strom 1000, with a top box and panniers for an extra £1,000.

The three-piece sets add 64 litres of luggage capacity to the models and raise prices to £8,399 for the V-Strom 650 GT (pictured above) and £10,499 for the V-Strom 1000 GT.

The more off-road focused XT versions of both bikes also receive the same treatment to become the V-Strom 650X GT and V-Strom 1000X GT, priced at £8,899 and £10,999 respectively.  

A look at the press conference schedule for next week’s Eicma show in Milan suggests we might not see too much else from Suzuki in terms of new models for 2018, aside from the already-shown SV650X: the firm isn’t on the list.
