MotoGP has confirmed a series of executive changes ahead of 2027, with a total of four new appointments made.

Leading the executive appointments is the arrival of Tottenham Hotspur’s Chief Revenue Officer Ryan Norys, who has been appointed as the new MotoGP Chief Commercial Officer.

Norys has been in charge of the London club's commercial business since 2022, although he previously held senior commercial roles at AS Roma, Manchester City and the Miami Dolphins franchise.

Meanwhile, Sameer Pabari will become MotoGP’s Chief Media Officer, after previously working in senior leadership positions for the NFL, Warner Bros. Discovery, and Manchester United.

Young held the position of Chief Race Promotion Officer most recently, while Denitza Batchvarova joined MotoGP earlier this month as the new Chief Strategy Officer.

Batchvarova brings two decades of strategic leadership experience across finance and sports entertainment industries, which includes working for the UFC and TKO Group Holdings.

The new executive appointments follow recent changes that saw Carlos Ezpeleta, son of MotoGP Sports Entertainment Group CEO, Carmelo, promoted to the role of Deputy CEO in August.

Vince Russell was also appointed Chief Financial Officer back in May, while Enrique Aldama moved into the role of Chief Administrative Officer.

Carlos Ezpeleta said this regarding the executive changes:

"These appointments are an important step in building the team that will help shape MotoGP’s future. Ryan, Sameer, Louise and Denitza bring hugely valuable experience from leading sports and entertainment organisations that will strengthen our commercial, media, operations and strategy capabilities. Together with our existing team, they will help us deepen our connection with our fans, reach new audiences and create new opportunities for our existing and new commercial partners, building on the strong foundations of the sport."
