YOU'RE LOOKING at a walking, fire-breathing machine developed by the Mutoid Waste Company from a car and a motorcycle.
According to the company website, the business started doing alternative parties in North London in the mid 1980s. These parties started off as an excuse to fund Mutoid Waste's industrial artistic works which consisted of sculptures and motorised vehicles made from scrap.
