GUITAR LEGEND Pete Townshend was spotted riding his shiny, new 1960s-style scooter around Richmond at the weekend.
The musician, 64, who plays with The Who, says he enjoys the freedom of riding a bike; the star also has a scooter at his home in France, reports today's Daily Mail.
But where are all the mirrors and the fishtail parka, Pete?
