Royal Princes talk openly about Enduro Africa

William and Harry explain why they're taking part in 1000-mile motorcycle adventure

PRINCES William and Harry spoke of their feelings about taking part in a charity motorbike trip across South Africa.

The royal pair are taking part in Enduro Africa - a 1000-mile charity off road motorcycle in aid of children's charities.
Before leaving the holiday resort of Port Edward near Durban, the pair talked about the importance of the African-based causes they are supporting.

William, 26, said: "The main reason why we're doing it is Harry and I had an idea last November to take part in this rally because it's a mixture of adventure and charity. The key being the money raised goes towards Nelson Mandela's Children Fund, Unicef and Sentebale - three absolutely brilliant charities."

Harry, 24, an officer in the Household Cavalry regiment, said: "There may be an opinion we're just riding bikes but we are not. Obviously the whole background scenario from the charity's side is hugely important to us and the main reason we're doing it."

Good luck, royal peeps!
