KTM brings Cardo Packtalk Edge to Motohall Ride Orange Experience

The KTM Motohall Ride Orange Experience will now feature the KTM Cardo Packtalk Edge, as part of an expansion of the collaboration between KTM and Cardo.

KTM and Cardo Systems have announced an expansion of their partnership that will see Cardo products used in KTM’s Motohall experience.

KTM and Cardo announced together last year the KTM Packtalk Edge, an orange-coloured, KTM-branded version of the Cardo Packtalk Edge on-bike communication system.

The latest announcement from the two companies is that the KTM Ride Orange Experience at the KTM Motohall will now feature the KTM Packtalk Edge, which will be available for Ride Orange Experience participants to hire.

The KTM Ride Orange Experience is a full day, more or less, of KTM-related activity based out of the KTM Motohall in Mattighofen. The day begins at 9am with a visit to the KTM Motohall itself, before the ‘Ride Experience’ begins at 1pm, and lasts until 5pm when the hired motorcycles must be returned.

For riders with A2 licences, KTM bikes up to 390cc are available, or with A licences, any bike from the selection is made available. The total list of available bikes are:

The KTM Cardo Packtalk Edge offers an 8km range of communication for a group, with up-to 1.6km rider-to-rider, a 13-hour battery life, and KTMConnect connectivity.

The KTM Cardo Packtalk Edge has an MSRP of €409.95 (£360 at time of writing, March 2023), and can be ordered from either the Cardo Systems website, or from one of Cardo’s network of online retailers. 

The KTM Ride Orange Experience is €99 (£87 at time of writing) for the day if a 390cc bike is selected, or €129 (£113 at time of writing) for the day if an 890cc bike is selected. Tickets can be booked on the KTM Motohall website.
