BMW M1000 RR Limited Edition Isle of Man TT launched
BMW Motorrad has revealed a new M1000 RR Limited edition Isle of Man TT wearing a British Racing Green colourway, and exclusive TT detailing.

BMW Motorrad has taken the covers off a special M1000 RR Limited Edition Isle of Man TT model, which will be produced in just 115 units worldwide to celebrate the 115th running of the Isle of Man TT.
The new model is mechanically unchanged from the standard M1000 RR, however, it wears some particularly unique and exclusive features, including a British Racing Green livery.
Graphics of the Mountain Course can be seen on the fuel tank and side fairing, while sections of road such as Rhencullen, Kirk Michael, Glen Helen, and the iconic Ramsey Hairpin are all featured on the bodywork. However, the bike is not just about TT graphics, as it also houses special equipment including an aluminium tank painted in Satin Chrome, and a Black Alcantara seat.

Additionally, the TT-inspired M1000 RR receives an M carbon airbox cover that is complemented by a Mountain Course graphic and TT logo. It also gets an M Race Cover Kit, black swingarm, TT branding and lettering on the rear frame, a rear stand, and an M motorcycle mat with the brand’s M logo and TT logo.
Owners will receive a certificate of authenticity, while the bike’s top yoke will feature the number of their machine. The new model is based on the BMW M1000 RR with the M Competition package, although it excludes the pillion package.

Markus Flasch, CEO of BMW Motorrad said this about the new special-edition M1000 RR:
“Racing is part of BMW Motorrad’s DNA. The BMW M 1000 RR Limited Edition Isle of Man TT is therefore the logical evolution of a special model based on the BMW M 1000 RR. This model bridges our successful TT heritage and our M models, and is a strong expression of racing DNA, technical precision and exclusivity.”
Since the Isle of Man TT made its return in 2022 following a two-year absence due to the Covid-19 pandemic, BMW has been one of the most successful manufacturers. It has secured ten wins across the Superstock, Superbike and Senior TT races during that time, with Peter Hickman winning on seven occasions.

Davey Todd is the other rider that has been victorious aboard BMW machinery, accounting for three of those ten race wins.
