Revealed earlier this year, Bimota’s new BX450 Enduro will become available at four dealerships across the UK this summer.

The new dealer network is dedicated to the company’s off-road machines, with the first units of the BX450 Enduro set to arrive in showrooms this month.

The new dealership network includes Southcoast Powersports in Salisbury, Marsh Powersports in Merthyr Tydfil, Corby Kawasaki in Corby, and Craig’s Motorcycles in Dewsbury. The new off-road network comes one year on from Bimota confirming five UK dealerships for its road-going range.

The road bike locations include - Cobb and Jagger in Leeds, Bournemouth Kawasaki in Bournemouth, Hyside Motorcycles in Chelmsford, Chris Walker Motorcycles in Grantham, and Signature Moto, which was previously the sole provider of Bimota bikes.

Priced at £10,599, the new BX450 Enduro arrived in March and it uses the Kawasaki KX450X as its base. Fully owned by Kawasaki, the Italian brand uses the same engine and frame found on the KX, but there does seem to be some noticeable differences, including its appearance, as the BX450 Enduro gets a more retro-inspired look.

At the heart of the new bike is a 449cc liquid-cooled single-cylinder engine, although power and torque figures have not yet been confirmed.

Dean Clewley, Business Operations Manager at Kawasaki UK, said this about the company’s new four-strong off-road dealer network:

“We’re really pleased to confirm the first four off-road dealers for Bimota, strengthening the road-based network we already have in place. We have had a lot of interest in the high spec-bimota BX450 since its launch, and with the bike due to arrive in June, riders wanting to take on enduro competition can now speak to their nearest dealer to find out more.”
