THIS IS the moment a lowside sent a trackday rider and his bike into a painful roll.
The incident took place at High Plains Raceway in Colorado, and the on board footage was later posted to YouTube by Zack Himsel, who said he 'Lost the front at the apex of Turn 4'.
The rider also shared the clip to reddit, with the caption: 'Go do a trackday, they said... It'll be fun, they said... Well, at least I got some cool footage!'
He added: 'I'm fine, totally unscathed. Only some minor, repairable, damage to my leathers and gloves. Bike is NOT so fine...'
