Royal Enfield has taken a major step in adding further support for riders in the UK, through the opening of its first Authorised Service Centre (ASC).

Royal Enfield has also confirmed more Authorised Service Centres will open in the future as part of a strategic rollout that focuses on providing owners with more accessibility to service options.

Additionally, Royal Enfield is looking to target areas with “limited nearby official dealership presence”. The first Authorised Service Centre has been opened through Mono Motorcycles, which is based in Chichester.

The new centre officially opened its doors on March 29, although Royal Enfield is yet to confirm when further service centres will open.

Regular servicing and maintenance, as well as warranty and recall-related appointments, can all be booked to take place at these authorised centres.

The Indian-owned company, which is celebrating its 125-year anniversary in 2026, says brand-new Royal Enfield motorcycles will require an initial service at 300 miles or 45 days.

This will be followed by platform-dependent service intervals. These are due every 3,000 miles or six months on the 350cc J-Series platform, 6,000 miles or one year on the 450cc Sherpa, and 4,660 miles or one year on the 650cc twin platform.

Regional Manager at Royal Enfield UK, George Cheeseman, said this about the new Authorised Service Centre:

“We are delighted to welcome Mono Motorcycles as our very first Authorised Service Centre. This initiative further demonstrates our commitment to Royal Enfield riders, making sure we provide accessible, quality service right across the country. With this first appointment, we now look forward to adding, strategically, additional Authorised Service Centres, in areas where our riders most need them.”

All after-sales enquiries, plus servicing details, can be found on the official Royal Enfield website.
