This rare Ducati 1098-S Streetfighter is a 2009 model and has been upgraded in just about every area you could imagine, and if its specs sheet wasn’t enough to get you excited, it will receive an MOT check prior to being sold.

Ducati’s presence on the naked motorcycle scene is firmly established after continuing to grow in recent years and its most recent Streetfighter V4 model is one of the best on the market today. But this earlier 1098-S model is not to be scoffed at as the amount of work that’s gone into making it a top-spec bike against its much newer and developed competition is evident.

Featuring a liquid-cooled, 90-degree V-Twin, desmodromic engine, this mint condition Streetfighter churns out 148bhp at 9500rpm and 80Ib ft of torque at 9500rpm. Some way off its modern successor, the Streetfighter V4, but that’s still some serious clout.

This stunning bike uses a tubular steel trellis frame and also features a 43mm Ohlins fully adjustable upside-down fork on the front and an Ohlins fully adjustable monoshock with progressive linkage on the rear. This 2009 Ducati Streetfighter S edition includes two Brembo 330mm discs on the front and a 245mm disc at the rear. There’s also a Termignoni exhaust system.

But that’s far from where the goodies end, as it has undergone a completely custom paint scheme in grey and yellow, and includes Pazzo levers, Evotech bar ends, Evotech fuel cap, carbon fibre parts throughout including the air ducts and tank surroundings, a carbon fibre front mudguard and rear hugger, carbon clutch cover, Evotech crash bungs, R&G tail tidy and Rizoma footrests.

The wheels are made of forged aluminium in a five-spoke design and fitted with Pirelli Diablo Corsa 3 tyres. Prior to its sale, the bike will receive an MOT check and will be supplied with a handbook and service history book.

Mileage comes in at just 3,377 and The Bike Specialists (seller of this pristine bike) can arrange delivery whether that’s in the UK or worldwide.
