MotoGP 2012: Valencia race results
New champion Lorenzo crashes out as Pedrosa seals a comfortable win
DANI PEDROSA sealed a season finale win at Valencia this weekend, beating nearest competitor Katsuyuki Nakasuga by over 37 seconds.
Recently crowned champion Jorge Lorenzo crashed out in spectacular style trying to pass back marker James Ellison halfway through the race. His dramatic high-side left him raging, but unharmed.
Casey Stoner finished third in his last ever professional race, while Valentino Rossi was unable to achieve better than tenth place in his last race with Ducati, despite an early surge.
