Honda has announced their voice control app is now available on iOS devices, in addition to the existing availability on Android devices.

Honda has made its RoadSync voice control system available on iOS devices (with iOS14 or later) for the first time, having initially made it available for Android phones, and the app is available for Honda owners in countries across Europe.

RoadSync allows for the use of the Honda Smartphone Voice Control (HSVC) system while riding. This allows users to access apps on their phone while on the move without the need to take their hands off the bars.

Additionally, because app functionality is operated through either voice input or a four-way toggle switch on the left handlebar, the phone itself can be stored “in a pocket or tank bag and remain fully connected,” Honda says.

HSVC is available on seven of Honda’s current range of motorcycles and scooters, including two of its most recent and anticipated additions: CB750 Hornet and XL750 Transalp.

These two motorcycles have been the standout additions to Honda’s roster for 2023, as well as the first two motorcycles to use Honda’s new 755cc parallel-twin platform.

Alongside the Hornet and Transalp, there is also the CB1000R, which has received new colours for 2023, and four scooters. Specifically, these are the X-ADV, ADV350, Forza 350, and Forza 750.
