Royal Enfield Meteor 350 officially launched in India
The Royal Enfield Meteor 350 has been launched in India, with selected models set to arrive in Europe in the new year
ROYAL ENFIELD has officially launched the Meteor 350 to the Indian motorcycle media. The launch took place via a digital press conference, although from what we can see, some media outlets are beginning to post reviews of the bike.
While this may seem like news that has no relevance to the UK, the bike is confirmed as being a European model. Royal Enfield has advised that a European launch event (online) is being planned at the moment and due to take place in early December.

The bike is a pan-global collaboration between Royal Enfield’s engineers here in the UK and in India. The teams, based at Bruntingthorpe and in Chennai, have worked hard to ensure the new model is elevated above the other bikes in the Royal Enfield range – and the newly announced competition from Honda and its CB350 H’Ness.
Indeed, the Meteor features a host of items not previously seen on the brand's bikes before, including a TFT meter, Bluetooth connectivity, LED DRLs, and tail lamps.
The bike is expected to hit dealers with an rrp of ₹1.60 lakh to ₹1.90 lakh (under £2,000), although obviously, the price of UK-bound bikes will be vastly different. There are three levels of Meteor being launched, an entry-level variant is expected to be called Fireball. The more expensive variants are expected to be called Stellar and Supernova. In terms of colour options, Royal Enfield is expected to launch the bike in Fireball Yellow, Fireball Red, Stellar Red Metallic, Stellar Black Matte, Stellar Blue Metallic, Supernova Brown, and Supernova Blue.
