Moto Morini to join the adventure fold

Italian marque Moto Morini have teased a new adventure machine ahead of what we expect is a busy EICMA show for the brand

MOTO MORINI has released a teaser image of a new adventure motorcycle that we hope will be getting its official unveiling at the EICMA next month.

The image shows a distinct outline of a bike that looks more rally focussed than standard off-road, with the steeply angled front screen being the biggest clue to its off-road aspirations. It's not clear what the engine size is from the picture but rest assured it'll be a V-Twin of possibly two sizes. It’s possible the adventure machine could be powered by the new line of small capacity engines, with a larger capacity model utilising the brands CorsaCorta 1200cc lump too.

The bike forms part of a new range of bikes from the brand who are set to launch a new platform and small displacement engine to the public, alongside a naked bike, scrambler and the teased adventure machine above.

The Scrambler that the firm is also promising to announce at the show is likely to replace the current version, although with development and R&D costs being poured into the adventure project, it’s unlikely to be a massively altered version when compared to the current product.

Moto Morini will be announcing the new bikes at the EICMA which takes place at the Rho Fiera Milano, from 5 to 10 November.

Visordown will be on hand at the event to bring you all the news and gossip, as well as video reveals of all the launches from the major brands.
