Ducati Croydon: Well-known dealership closes after 26 years
In Moto Ltd, trading as Ducati Croydon, cited “very difficult conditions” as the reason for the closure.

A well-known Ducati dealership in London is no longer trading, as Ducati Croydon closes its doors after 26 years of trading.
The site, run by In Moto Ltd, trading as Ducati Croydon, was founded in 1999 by Gaudenzio Ingignoli and was operated as a family business primarily serving London’s extensive Ducati community. A statement from the team regarding the closure reads
“It is with a very heavy heart that we share some important news. After twenty-six years of serving riders across South London and Surrey, In Moto Ltd / Ducati Croydon has closed its doors for the final time. The industry has faced very difficult conditions in recent times, and, despite every effort, we are unable to continue operating … To everyone who has supported us over the years, thank you. Your loyalty, trust, and friendship have meant everything to us. Thank you for twenty-six unforgettable years.”
The closure of the Croydon site is reported not to affect the sister business, Ducati London in Vauxhall, with that site continuing to trade under the stewardship of Cristian Ingignoli, the son of Ducati Croydon’s founder, Gaudenzio.
The closure of the Croydon premises leaves three official Ducati dealerships within the M25, Ducati North London, in Watford, the Ducati London store in Vauxhall, and Pro Twins LTD in South Godstone.
