KTM recovery takes huge step forward as Bajaj Mobility AG posts Q2 report
Bajaj Mobility AG has confirmed revenue gains of 80 per cent along with a 71 per cent increase in motorcycle sales during its Q2 report.

KTM’s ongoing recovery has taken another huge step forward, after parent company Bajaj Mobility AG revealed the figures behind a positive Q2.
In terms of revenue, which ultimately determines success for any company, Bajaj Mobility AG has reported growth of 80 per cent for the second quarter of 2026, compared with the same period in 2025.
That means nearly €150m (around £127m) in revenue has been achieved compared with the second quarter of 2025. Specifically, Bajaj Mobility AG has reported revenue of approximately €370 million vs €231 million at this stage in 2025.

Revenue from its motorcycle segment during the first half of 2026 has also increased in a major way, with Bajaj Mobility AG reporting revenue gains of approximately €700m, compared with €373m during the first half of last year.
In the second quarter alone, a total of 48,672 motorcycles were sold across the KTM, Husqvarna and GasGas line-ups, offering an increase of 71 per cent year-on-year. That figure is for all motorcycles sold outside of the Indian market.
That figure also means a 21 per cent increase in motorcycle sales has taken place compared with the first quarter of 2026.
So far in 2026, 89,004 motorcycles have been sold across the three brands; that again excludes the Indian market, while 58,568 motorcycles were sold by Bajaj Auto. That brings total motorcycle sales to 147,572 across all brands worldwide, which is an increase of 81 per cent compared with the first half of 2025.

Bajaj Auto has played a key role in helping KTM regain its footing over recent months, after the Mattighofen-based company went through a sustained period of financial trouble, leading to the brand entering self-administration, releasing employees, and requiring major help from creditors. That said, the above-mentioned figures suggest KTM is en route to making a very welcome full recovery.
