Homage paid to Honda’s 125 for making the “Crusaders flee”

HONDA'S CG125 has recently been praised in the fourth edition of 'Azan', an English-language magazine published by al-Qaeda.

Mentioned in the Steeds of War feature, the CG125, which costs $700 (£450) in Afghanistan, is credited for helping win the war: “All Praise is due to Allah Who has made the Crusaders flee with a humiliating defeat at the hands of the Mujahidin who have so little resources compared to them. We, the Mujahidin, have won the war with HONDA 125’s valued at around $700.

The featured Honda has a double-sided bag to fit woollen blankets that carry rockets and ammo. Mounted to the handlebars is a custom fitted MP3 player that allows riders to: “listen to the Qur’an, lectures and nasheeds on long journeys.
