SCOOTERS are making headlines for the wrong reasons again after this pair of thieves were filmed snatching a pedestrian’s phone in broad daylight in central London.
Dashcam footage from a taxi shows the rider run a red light so the pillion can snatch a phone from a man waiting at a pedestrian crossing.
The incident was filmed at 4.55pm on Thursday April 27 at the junction of Albemarle Street and Piccadilly.
Police say they are investigating.
