RACING LOONY Guy Martin will be at Dainese's flagship D-Store on Saturday 22 May before heading to the Isle of Man for the TT races.
Martin will be at the Manchester store to meet fans and talk motorcycles, mountain bikes, trucks and tractors between 12:00 - 13:30.
For 2010 Martin has signed with Wilson Craig Racing and will be campaigning a Honda CBR1000RR in the Superbike and Superstock classes and a CBR600RR in the Supersports category in a very classic retro Honda paint scheme similar to the colours run by the 1960's Honda GP machines. Martin will also be hoping that 2010 will be his TT winning year, a feat that has eluded the 27-year-old to date.
As well as being quite handy round the TT course and back at home in Kirmington at his father's truck garage. Martin has been featured for the second year in Dainese's international advertising campaign, along with fellow Dainese race stars Valentino Rossi, Jorge Lorenzo and Marco Simoncelli. The core of the campaign breaks this month in UK publications.
So that's TT racer, Dainese model, truck mechanic, mountain bike racer, people's favorite, the maverick: Guy Martin.
