Michael Dunlop has a new partner for the major 2025 road races in the form of Peter Hickman and Davey Todd’s old team, FHO Racing.

Dunlop took three wins during last week’s North West 200, which was a tally matched by Todd, although the former controversially won the final superbike race of the weekend, leaving Todd and fellow team-mate Hickman in a lot of frustration.

But now Dunlop has secured new sponsorship in the form of FHO Racing, which initially went into 2025 with both Todd and Hickman under contract.

The pair were slated to compete for the team in both the British Superbike championship and on the roads, including the Isle of Man TT, but that did not materialise after the team opted not to continue racing in either format.

Instead, FHO Racing joined forces with Dunlop prior to the NW200 as Dunlop’s BMW machine featured FHO branding alongside his other sponsors.

Along with FHO Racing, Dunlop has also welcomed ROKiT and Hawk Racing onboard for his 2025 commitments, which include going for another record-breaking TT win. Dunlop is currently on 29 victories, but he could become the first-ever rider to win 30 TT races if he wins again this year.

“Great to see my new sponsors Rokit and FHO getting their first superbike and NW200 wins, to the sponsors who have stood by MD Racing year after year and believed in me —your support has meant everything.

“Getting back on that top step and hearing the cheers from the home crowds… it was something special.”
