WARNING! PROSTITUTES!

AUTHORITIES in Treviso, Italy, have erected 'warning - prostitutes' signs to inform road users that 'ladies of the night' could be touting for business in the area.

The sign features the silhouette of a woman bearing an uncanny resemblance to Amy Winehouse carrying a handbag.

It's unclear whether the sign is to warn motorists of other vehicles slowing (kerb crawling), to tell them they're entering a red-light district, or simply to give the driver chance to ask his wife to cover her eyes.
