Triumph Teams Up With Arai For Co-Branded Helmet Range
The Triumph range of Arai helmets covers everything from retro-styled lids to more focused off-roading and adventure riding helmets

Triumph has joined forces with Japanese helmet supremos Arai to launch a new range of co-branded lids, available across select European dealers from Summer 2025. The collaboration promises riders the kind of high-spec kit you’d expect from a brand like Arai, now with a dash of Triumph style thrown into the mix.
Four helmets will be offered in the line-up, each tailored to a specific kind of rider: the retro-themed Concept-XE, the sporty Quantic, the off-road-ready MX-V Evo, and the go-anywhere Tour-X5.
Triumph Concept-XE – Modern Classic Cool

If you’re the kind of rider who prefers a Bonneville to a Brutale, the Concept-XE will be your go-to. Designed to complement Triumph’s Modern Classics range, it sports a slick black finish with bold white Triumph branding and a multicoloured racing stripe for good measure.
Underneath the retro styling is all the safety tech you’d expect from Arai. The PB e-cLc shell is strong, lightweight, and round to help deflect impact energy, and the VAS-VC visor system keeps the retro look while improving glancing-off performance. Available in sizes XS to XL.

Triumph Quantic – All Day Comfort

For Speed Triple and Street Triple riders, the Quantic is the sporty all-rounder. With a 5mm flared base for easier on-off, a plush brushed nylon interior, and all the ventilation you need for long days in the saddle, it’s a lid that’s built for comfort as well as protection.
It features Arai’s FCS (Facial Contour System), emergency release cheek pads, and a Pinlock-ready VAS MAX visor for all-weather visibility. Two paint jobs are on offer—stealthy all black, or a racy black and white. Sizes range from XS to XL.

Triumph MX-V EVO – Off-Road Performer

Whether you're a green lane or getting dirty on a TF 250-X, the MX-V EVO is Arai’s answer to off-road demands. A "Z-compound" resin shell paired with a lightweight inner liner keeps weight down while maintaining structural integrity.
The ventilation system is designed to draw air in through the peak and out through rear exhausts, and the interior is fully removable and washable. It lands in a black, white, and racing yellow colourway designed to match Triumph’s off-road machines. Sizes XS to XL.
Triumph Tour-X5 – The Adventure Specialist

Built for riders who like their roads unpaved and their journeys long, the Tour-X5 comes loaded with Arai’s latest tech. A new VAS-A visor system improves glancing-off performance while making it easier to remove the visor and peak.
The Tour-X5 also features Arai’s latest ventilation setup, including a 3D logo duct and Delta Duct 6 chin vent, with improved defogging airflow. Inside, there’s a fully removable interior and space to fit comms systems. It’ll come in black with either green or white accents and Triumph/Arai logos to match. Sizes XS to XL.
