Taking place from September 4 to 6, 2026 in Leh, Ladakh, the event is based at more than 3,500 metres (around 11,500ft) above sea level, although some of the rides and activities will take attendees to around 5,300 metres.

The idea is less about sitting through presentations and more about getting stuck in, and alongside Royal Enfield's Himalayan motorcycles, attendees can sign up for guided rides, navigation challenges, overlanding sessions and adventure riding workshops. There is a plethora of off-bike activities included too, such as kayaking, rafting, mountain biking, hiking, bouldering, photography workshops and even sunrise meditation for anyone keen to start their day with a side order of zen.

Evenings are given over to live music, local food and talks from experienced adventurers, with Royal Enfield pitching the event as a meeting point for anyone interested in exploring the mountains, whether they arrive on two wheels or two feet.

The festival also ties in neatly with the Moto Himalaya 2026 ride, allowing riders to extend the trip into a longer guided tour across some of Ladakh's best-known mountain roads and passes after Base Camp comes to an end.
