THE most famous MotoGP rider of all time, Valentino Rossi, is set to open a brand-new flagship store and pizzeria in his beloved home town of Tavullia.

The store, situated at Via Cesare Battisti 5 in Tavullia, overlooks the main square in the town, the scene of victorious homecomings in years gone by. Rossi has always had a big presence in his hometown, with fans travelling from across the globe to celebrate his championship wins from years gone by. The site of the new VR46 store is just around the corner from his existing kit and clothing outlet and will take over the site currently occupied by ‘Da Rossi’ café, restaurant, and Rossi Fan Club.

The 400 square metre site will include memorabilia from Rossi’s MotoGP past, including bikes, helmets and race-worn leathers. It’ll also a new range of casual and fitness clothing, designed especially for the VR46 brand. That new VR Equipment range is a line of technical clothing and accessories, aimed at mountain bike and motocross riders, and those looking for technical clothing to exercise in.
