Suzuki unveil new naked 250

Suzuki launch new Inazuma 250

SUZUKI have unveilied a new 250 at Motorcycle Live that will use the Inazuma name.

Back in August Visordown revealed that the Inazuma name had been registered as a trademark by Suzuki, originally anticipated as a large capacity, retro-syled naked the Japanese manufacturer has used it christened the new 250cc bike.

The bike is new for the European market and featuresa parallel twin 248cc engine, with styling cues borrowed from the B-King and GSR models. The engine itself is a newly designed liquid-cooled, twin cylinder engine with a six-speed transmission that is combined with a fuel-injection system.

The Inazuma will arrive in the UK in Autumn 2012, with a price to be announced

Adding the Inazuma 250 to Suzuki's model range looks to be a good cause in helping get more young people into motorcycling. An issue that we discussed here.
