Royal Enfield is making it easy for riders to get on a brand new bike in 2024, as it’s offering zero per cent APR on its Meteor 350 retro cruiser. The move means that with just a 20 per cent deposit, customers will be able to access a ridiculously low monthly instalment of £45.99, based on full MSRP. A lot of people are paying more than that for their phone contracts.

This finance campaign will be available in all dealerships from 16 February 2024 and will be valid until 31 March 2024. The move puts the Indian brand right at the top of the pile when it comes to offering customers cost-effective, yet attractive bikes, and could be just the helping hand a new rider needs to get on the road in 2024.

The Meteor 350 is one of Royal Enfield's most accessible bikes, with a low seat, relaxed handling dynamics and an easy-going and unintimidating 20bhp single-cylinder engine. 41mm telescopic forks take care of the front suspension while retro-looking twin shocks look after the rear. The whole thing is wrapped up in retro styling, with that distinctive cruiser aesthetic and more chrome than you can shake a stick at.

We rode the bike at the press launch in 2021, with Visordown road tester Alex summing the bike up by saying:

"Royal Enfield will hope this latest model continues the trend of affordable models with style, tapping into a market of buyers with a glint of heritage in their eye. Billed as a signature heritage machine with plenty of modern touches, you’ll find yourself coaxed into a relaxed way of life – and it certainly delivers just that."
