THE Honda H’Ness CB350 was, when launched, a bike that impressed and disappointed in equal measure. While the design and direction of the simple classically-styled 350 raised plaudits from spectators, the news quickly filtered down that this model would not be coming to Europe.

Sadly, that news has not changed, and it looks as though, for now at least, the CB350 in any of its variants will remain an Asian and Indian-market bike only. That doesn’t stop us from hoping though, and with these new, leaked images showing an apparent café racer version of the bike, can’t help but wonder what we are missing out on.

New Launch Alert

Honda is all set to bring a new addition to their 350cc range next month! The much-awaited 2023 Honda CB350 Cafe Racer has been showcased to dealers, and we can't wait for the launch. #HondaCB350 #CafeRacer

Reportedly taken at a dealer event in India, the bike in the pictures is clearly a CB350, albeit with a smattering of new parts to create a classic café racer machine. The rider and passenger seats are new, with a seat cowl creating a single-seat with a race hump. At the front end of the bike, a small headlight shroud is included and the paint for the model is brighter and more youthful than the original machine. If anything though, we think Honda India could have gone even further with this model, switching out the traditional tall bars for proper café racer clip-ons, although they could easily be fixed with an aftermarket kit.

Other than the image, we don’t have much to go by, Rushlane, the website that shared the images, is reporting this to be a 2023 model, which, if true, would require an official global launch fairly sharpish.
