INDIAN MOTORCYCLE has announced a special edition paint scheme for the FTR 1200 and FTR 1200 S – although sadly they will not make it to UK shores.
Mechanically the bikes are the same as the rest of the FTR range, although now adorned in a sleek-looking satin finish paint-scheme with Indian graphics on each side of the fuel tank.

The new paint scheme is available on both the FTR 1200 full power and A2 compliant models and also the almost top of the range FTR 1200 S. Riders opting for the top-spec ‘S’ version will also benefit from top-drawer hardware and software, including fully adjustable Sachs suspension, Brembo monoblock stoppers, and a fancy IMU controlled Bosch cornering ABS system.
This bike also benefits from the Indian touchscreen TFT dash, Bluetooth connectivity, and a host of rider modes and settings that you can fiddle and twiddle with until your heart is content!
The Ruby Smoke edition is set to land in dealerships across the channel in November and is going to be strictly limited to just 150 units. The good news, for those across the water anyway, is that the pricing for each model in this new colour is the same as the equivalent stock bike.
