A SUSPECTED thief has been arrested by police after a video catching him in the act was uploaded to YouTube.
The video shows Trieu Van Sang, 20, pull up alongside another scooter and snatch a music player from the rider’s pocket, before speeding away.
Police arrested Sang on Tuesday in Ho Chi Minh City (HCMC), when he was seen riding in the Tan Binh District.
Last May, a court in HCMC sentenced two men to four years in prison for stealing a bag from a motorbike rider. The theft was also exposed in a YouTube video clip.
