BRAKE GIANT Brembo has announced a product recall for some of its replacement aftermarket brake caliper kits. The recall centres on some pads, supplied by a third party firm, which may have been produced using a flawed production technique.
The pads, made by suplier Federal Mogul Italia, carry the production code number #672, and no other pads or kits are affected.
If you've recently bought a replacement Brembo rear caliper, check the pads, for the #672 code number, printed on the back, and if you have them, contact Brembo or your supplier for a free replacement.
