A CUSTOM Suzuki GSX-R1000 show bike prepared by Pipe Werx has been stolen.
The unique machine, dubbed ‘Stumpy’, was taken from the exhaust firm’s premises in Lathom, Lancashire between the night of Thursday 29th March or early hours of Friday 30th March.
The specifications for the Pipe Werx ‘Stumpy’ Suzuki GSX-R1000 K8 are:
- Suzuki GSX-R1000 K8 donor bike
- Yamaha 08/09 R6 tail seat unit on custom fabricated subframe by Pipe Werx
- Yamaha 08/09 R6 rear light with built in LED indicators
- Öhlins TTX rear shock
- Öhlins fork internals
- GPR steering damper
- Titax levers
- Armstrong wavey discs front and rear
- Clip-on's fitted upside down (on purpose)
- Diamond rearsets
- HEL Performance brake lines
- Supersrox 520 conversion, 16f 47r
- Titax fork adjusters
- Yamaha FZ1 headlamp with built in ?indicators and cut down fly screen
- Re-shaped front mudguard
- Re-shaped fuel tank
- Exhaust: one-off Pipe Werx slash cut trim, ?cat retained with
- Cut down belly pan
- Painted in Pipe Werx colours with powder coated wheels
