Pic special: Freddie Spencer's World Championship bikes go up for sale

Fancy a serious piece of 1980s two-stroke Grand Prix history? They don't come better than this

FREDDIE SPENCER'S championship-winning Honda NS500 and NSR250 have gone up for sale for an undisclosed amount in the United States.

The machines helped Spencer secure two world titles: the 1983 500cc crown, when Spencer was just 21, and the 1985 250cc title - the '85 was the same year Fast Freddie landed both 250 and 500 world championships.

The machines are reported to be in pristine condition and will only be sold as a pair.

Any takers?
