WUNDERLICH'S new BMW S1000RR special looks like it came straight from a post-apocalyptic dystopian future, which makes sense given Mad Max inspiration behind it.
The reason for the bike's existance is to promote the fact that Continental are now offering their TKC 80 dual sport tyres is sizes suitable for sports bikes; 120/70-17 and 180/55-17.
Wunderlich - who were behind the Gulf themed S1000RR - stripped the BMW superbike of its fairings, fitted the chunky enduro tyres and added Ohlins suspension, Magura handlebars, new discs and an aluminium Remus exhaust system. The matte black paint has been embellished with a horde of golden anodized bolt-ons and a smattering of amusing stickers.
Maybe the crazy German custom builders are hoping to audition for the new installment in the Mad Max franchise...
