THIS IS the shocking moment a SMIDSY driver sent a young dirt-bike rider flying.
The motorcyclist was reportedly crossing a Toronta intersection on a green light when the driver turned left directly across his path.
Unable to stop in time, the biker collides heavily with the car and is catapulted into the air, crashing down to the ground some feet further on.
The video was posted on YouTube on Monday - the same day as the accident - and a user claiming to be the rider's Mum yesterday commented:
"The young man on motorcycle is my son and I'm grateful that he is alive. It was not his fault, he was going straight on full green, this video proves this. Praying for his speedy recovery...:("
