Drift battle on ice: GSX-R1000 vs Polaris buggy

A STUNT team has pulled off an explosive drift battle on ice racing a Suzuki GSX-R1000 against a Polaris buggy.

Modified with studded tyres and a stretched swingarm for added stability, Juha Ruokolainen drifts the 175hp GSX-R against a very sideways 90hp 4X4 Polaris RZR buggy.

With plenty of slow-motion, high speed drifting and a complete disregard for the rev limiter, it's all rather nice to watch - and that's before a grenade-wielding ice fisher decides a couple of grenades should be thrown into the mix.
