THERE is never a good time to stall a motorcycle. However there can be an incredible bad time to stall a motorcycle... And we think this counts as one of those. Not many people can say they've been taken out by a carpark barrier.
But to be fair to the learner rider, even though his bike was dropped and he was left staring at the ceiling, he still managed to keep hold of his car park ticket.
