ITALIAN boot brand Prexport is once more available in the UK market. To begin with, four models are being imported and sold through the Key Collection.
New for 2013 is the Livigno, a waterproof leather touring boot with a twin-zip system that allows the front of the boot to fold down for easy access. It has an inner boot with a padded hard shell for extra ankle support. Flex joints on the instep and above the heel aid comfort, while the instep is reinforced with a plastic blade for protection. Price: £139.99.
The Sonic Evo is made from a micro-fibre material, with perforated zones for ventilation. It has padded flexible joints on the instep and above the heel to enhance fit and comfort. The ankle bone is covered with replaceable shock-absorbing reinforcement. A pro-race rubber sole offers maximum grip on the pegs and the Texon insole is strengthened with a steel shank. The toe sliders are adjustable and replaceable. Price: £139.99.
The San Marco boots are manufactured from leather with a Prexportex waterproof and breathable membrane and have a 3-Velcro strap system. Price: £99.99.
Completing the range is the GT WP, a traditional waterproof leather touring boot, priced at £129.99.
