OF COURSE, as my old granny used to say 'It's not credit, it's debt!!!'. But if you're thinking of picking up a new adventure bike this summer, Suzuki GB's trying to tempt you with a new zero per cent interest deal on its V-Strom 650 and 1000 range.
Suzuki's adventure range is a bit less fancy than some of the other options - but they are pretty good value, and do work well. The 650 in particular is massively popular, and a great little practical middleweight commuter/tourer on stilts. The 1000 shares its motor fundamentals with the legendary TL1000 superbikes as well, so well worth a look if you want a bit more punch in your offroad-styled sporty tourer.
The new deal is a hire purchase scheme, and there's a minimum deposit of just £300. Monthly payments will vary of course, and a bigger deposit will reduce the payments. With a £300 deposit, the 1000 will cost £196.71 per month, and with the 650, you'll pay £150.88 a month. With a £2,110 deposit, the 1000 V-Strom will cost £159 a month.
