City commuting jacket which utilizes the Gore-Tex® 2L  (two layer) fabric to provide the rider with a 100% waterproof and breathable barrier against the elements.  The 3/4-length cut gives a subtle yet sophisticated look and the durable, insulating, outer fabric is designed for practical everyday use.
