Camier confirmed in Honda's factory Suzuka team

Red Bull Honda WorldSBK rider Leon Camier has been confirmed in the factory HRC Suzuka Eight-Hours team alongside MotoGP star Takaaki Nakagami and Takumi Takahashi.

Camier tested with the team before the Laguna Seca WorldSBK round - which caused him some serious jet-lag - and HRC announced his participation this morning.

“I’m looking forward to competing in the Suzuka Eight-Hours with Honda’s factory team. We’ve done testing for the Suzuka 8 hours and are completely prepared. Takumi has won the Eight-Hours three times, and Nakagami is a competitive MotoGP rider. Our combined effort is needed to win, so I firmly believe we can do it.”

Honda British Superbike star Dan Linfoot will once again team with Ryuichi Kiyonari in the Moriwaki squad alongside Yuki Takahashi while PJ Jacobsen joins the MuSASHI outfit.
