Ducati’s 2023 was one of success on the race track, culminating in world titles for Nicolo Bulega, Alvaro Bautista, and Francesco Bagnaia. To celebrate that success, limited edition race replica bikes have been made by the Bologna brand.

There are five replicas in total: four Ducati Panigale V4 Ss, and one Panigale V2.

The V2 is for Nicolo Bulega’s World Supersport Championship success, in which the #11 scored 16 wins on his way to the title.

The four V4s are for 2023 WorldSBK Champion Alvaro Bautista, 2023 MotoGP World Champion Francesco Bagnaia, 2023 MotoGP runner-up Jorge Martin, and Marco Bezzecchi, who finished third in the 2023 MotoGP riders’ standings.

Each bike features the livery used in 2023 by the rider to which it is dedicated, or at least one of the liveries used. In the case of the Bagnaia and Bautista replicas, the yellow paint scheme used by each rider in Misano is the one used for the replica.

As you might expect all of the bikes are made in quite limited numbers, and limited to an extent that it represents the racing number of the rider to which the bike is dedicated. The Bagnaia edition, for example, is made in 263 units, while Bautista's is available in 219 units, Martin’s in 189, Bezzecchi’s in 72, and Bulega’s V2 in 111.

As well as the special liveries, each V4 also comes with a varnish-protected signature from the rider to which it is dedicated, and a number of other special components. These include a billet aluminium steering plate with laser engraving of the model’s name, and a dedicated key that triggers a special animation for the dashboard when turning the bike on.

Additionally, there are a number of components intended for use specifically and exclusively on the race track. These include a carbon open clutch cover, kits for removing the number plate holder and mirrors, and a billet fuel cap.

In the case of the V2, the specification is upgraded from standard with suspension and a steering damper from Ohlins, Akrapovic silencers (exclusively for track use), adjustable Rizoma pegs, and a number of carbon pieces: mudguards, chain guard, clutch cover, swingarm protector, and the shock cover. The billet cap and removal kit for the mirrors and plate holders is also available on the V2.
